Mission Statement:
To bring theoretical insights from ecolinguistics to syllabus design to design a syllabus for English courses at the BS level (Faculty of Social Sciences) that is ecologically aware, environmentally ethical and promotes students to be nature positive as it facilitates English language proficiency in the learners
Tangible Outcomes
At its culmination, the project will yield the tangible results of
- a Green Syllabus for all English Courses in Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
- trained teachers to teach the syllabus
Contribution to the Society
The project stands to contribute to the community through paving the way for optimized language learning experience. The project will also contribute to the community through its contribution towards attaining the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals regarding the environment
