HoD Message:

Being the flagship department of the Faculty of Management Sciences, the Department of Business Administration is having a tradition and culture of continuous revamping the curriculum of bachelor and master programs. This makes us relevant in the post pandemic era where sustainability, AI and Industry 4.0 is the new normal.
The programs offered at the department are the rational choice for career development, as both BBA and MBA programs are accredited by NBEAC. The department hosts a unique blend of faculty in terms of foreign and local qualified PhDs, diverse subject expertise, gender equilibrium, ethnic and cultural heterogeneity, corporate and academic experiences, international exposure, and research proficiency. A significant feature of the department to embrace is that environmental responsiveness, innovation and CSR is the foundational part of degree and semester projects, which is projected at the Open House annually. Special emphasis is laid on entrepreneurial ecosystem by focusing on the startup capacity and capability makeover that is not limited to the entrepreneurship course but prevails throughout the degree program.
Corporate linkages, sponsorships and alliances spread across diverse industries pave our way forward for bridging the gap between academia and the corporate world. This orientation provides feedback, expert opinion and acknowledgements leading to the continuous improvement in curriculum, skills development and consultancy opportunities.
The parental leadership approach of the faculty creates a unique environment at the Department of Business Administration for building the foundation for the better future through converting the youth into human capital of tomorrow.
