Dr. Muhammad Waqar Aziz is a Professor of Computer Science at the Foundation University Islamabad. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a Master's degree in Software Engineering from City University, Peshawar, and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Peshawar. In his 23 years of experience, he served as Lecturer at the Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar; as an Assistant Professor at Umm Al-Qura University, Saudi Arabia, and as Associate Professor and Professor at CECOS University, Peshawar. He has published more than 35 research articles in indexed journals and conferences. The research area of his interest is Embedded Real-Time Software development and Smart Environments.
