Dr. Nadeem Ahmed Awan

Dr. Nadeem Ahmed Awan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Foundation University Islamabad and currently serves as Postgraduate Research Coordinator in the Faculty of Management Sciences. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from International Islamic University Islamabad, with research expertise in organizational socialization, identity development, person–environment fit, and SME internationalization. Dr. Awan is also serving as a Guest Academician/Lecturer at University College Sedaya International, Malaysia, and is currently pursuing his postdoctoral research in HR from HITIT University, Turkey. With academic, administrative, and industry experience spanning higher education and banking, he has contributed extensively to teaching, doctoral supervision, research publications, and academic leadership. His work has been published in reputable international journals, including Q1 outlets, and he actively engages in research, training, and scholarly service at both national and international levels.
