Dr. Iftikhar Hussain is an accomplished academic and management professional with more than 12 years of experience in higher education and the corporate sector. He is currently serving as an assistant professor at Foundation University Islamabad, School of Science and Technology. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and possesses a diverse academic background in management and computer science. Alongside teaching and research, he serves as an associate editor of the Foundation University Journal of Business and Economics and has actively contributed to institutional development initiatives, including the establishment of the university’s Virtual Campus and academic event management activities. Prior to joining academia, he gained professional experience in the banking sector with Bank Alfalah and has also provided consultancy services on employee performance enhancement for private organizations. His professional interests include strategic human resource management, organizational development, leadership, and technology-enabled education, with a strong commitment to bridging academic knowledge with practical industry applications.
