Dr. Usman Kaleem Paracha is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Management Sciences at Foundation University Islamabad, with nearly a decade of experience in higher education. His research, published in HEC recognized national and international journals. He holds a PhD in Management and brings a balanced blend of academic insight and practical exposure, including experience in corporate law as well as involvement in business ventures. His research primarily explores organizational dehumanization and organizational injustice, and their impact on employees’ negative work outcomes, alongside broader interests in organizational behavior, employee engagement, and workplace ethics.
