bio=Ms. Sheema Ahmad serves as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Management Sciences at FUSST. She holds an MS in Management Sciences with a specialization in Human Resource Management and was awarded the Academic Gold Medal for outstanding academic performance.\n\nHer key areas of expertise and academic interest include Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Entrepreneurship & Sustainability, and People Analytics.\n\nWith over a decade of experience in academia, Ms. Ahmad has taught a wide range of courses in Management, Communication, and Human Resource Management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her teaching approach emphasizes practical learning, critical thinking, and industry relevance.\n\nIn addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as the Final Year Project Coordinator and oversees Student Internship activities, facilitating students in bridging academic knowledge with professional practice.\n\nHer administrative portfolio also includes serving as the Placement Coordinator for the Department of Business Administration, where she actively contributes to strengthening university-industry linkages, enhancing student employability, and providing career and academic counseling to support students’ personal and professional growth.
