Dr. Sarah Qaim is an Associate Professor at Foundation University Islamabad, with extensive experience in academia, research, and industry. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences (Finance) and is a Gold Medalist in MBA from Bahria University. She is a certified trainer from the NUST Professional Development Center and an HEC-approved research supervisor.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Dr. Qaim has taught courses in Business Finance, Management Accounting, and Financial Management at undergraduate and graduate levels. She has actively contributed to curriculum development, outcome-based education, and academic quality assurance.
Her professional background includes industry experience with Telenor Pakistan and Attock Refinery Limited, where she worked on ERP systems and financial operations, strengthening her practical insights.
Dr. Qaim is an active researcher with publications in internationally recognized journals such as SAGE Open. Her research focuses on financial sustainability, corporate governance, and emerging financial systems in developing economies.
She is also an experienced trainer, having conducted professional development sessions for institutions like PIM and FBR, and regularly presents her work at international conferences, contributing to academic and professional excellence.
