Dr. Naeem Ullah is a Professor of Finance and Head of the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Foundation University Islamabad. He holds a PhD in Finance from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, and an MS in Finance from the same institution, along with an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Peshawar, where he graduated with distinction.
With over eighteen years of academic and professional experience, Dr. Naeem Ullah’s scholarly work focuses on areas such as corporate finance, corporate governance, Islamic finance, financial markets, and financial modeling, with particular emphasis on empirical research and policy-relevant financial analysis.
Dr. Naeem is an HEC-approved PhD supervisor and has supervised numerous graduate research projects. His scholarly work has been widely published in national and international journals, including several indexed publications. In addition to his academic contributions, he has played an active role in organizing international research conferences and promoting research culture within academic institutions.
His work focuses on advancing research-driven education and strengthening analytical and financial decision-making capabilities among future business leaders. Beyond academia, he has actively contributed to the social sector by working in projects to improve standard of living for people in tribal areas of Pakistan.
