Mariam Arshad brings over thirteen years of combined corporate and academic experience in the field of management sciences. She holds an MS in Management from Foundation University Islamabad (FUI), a Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management from Griffith University, Australia, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from COMSATS Islamabad.

With ten years of academic experience and three years in the corporate sector, Mariam has taught a wide range of management and allied courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her scholarly work focuses on organizational behavior, particularly examining workplace dynamics such as employee engagement, expediency, and despotic leadership. She has published research in reputable international journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in behavioral management.

Beyond teaching and research, Mariam is committed to fostering experiential learning and equipping students with practical management skills. Her academic contributions emphasize bridging theory with practice, preparing future business leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges with analytical rigor and ethical responsibility.
