Dr.Maria Taimoor Khan is an academician with a PhD in Management Sciences, bringing around 10 years of experience in Academia, coupled with a fervent commitment to research, training, and coaching. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor at Foundation University Islamabad. She also served the Department of Business Administration as ORIC Coordinator and Management and Organizational Behavior Research Cluster Head for a period of four years and Final Year Project Manager for one year. As an active researcher, she has published numerous papers, worked on various funded projects and collaborated with fellow academics to push the boundaries of understanding.

She is also a certified trainer from NUST, Professional Development Centre(PDC) with an experience of seven years. She has trained 500+ professionals from different walks of life including Health Sector, Academia, Police Services, and Military. Her dynamic and personalized approach ensures that each individual receives the support and guidance they need to thrive. In addition to training, she is an active leadership and career coach having a passion to transform lives by unlocking true inner potential.

Instructional design is where my creativity coincides with my passion for education and research. She specializes in developing innovative and impactful training programs carrying an interesting flair of research that cater to the diverse needs of learners. Her aim is to create engaging learning experiences that inspire and motivate, leveraging the latest educational technologies and methodologies.

Dr. Maria has one year experience of an active engagement in an interesting and noble endeavor at Jinnah Centre for Character and Leadership(JCCL), PAF Academy Risalpur where she got an opportunity to work as a Trainer and Instructional Designer. She trained Flying instructors, Flight commanders, Fighter Pilots and Cadets in areas of Character and Leadership. Moreover, she designed tailored leadership and character building training programs and curriculum for Air force and also actively pursued leadership coaching.
