bio=Dr. Hina Affandi is an Assistant Professor of Management Sciences with over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She held scholarships throughout her BBA and MBA programs and has earned multiple Top Performer Awards. Her teaching expertise spans finance, financial management, financial analysis, business taxation, and accounting, while her research focuses on financial inclusion, fintech, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development. She has published extensively in internationally recognized journals and presented her work at conferences across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. She remains actively engaged in academic leadership, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
