Ms. Fizzah Najm is a Lecturer at Foundation University Islamabad. She completed her BS and MPhil in Economics from NUST School of Social Sciences and Humanities, where she received merit scholarships multiple times. She has been associated with the United States Institute of Peace as a Co-Principal Investigator and has also worked in the Economic Directorate of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority. She presented her field research on Peace and Conflict at an international conference and was awarded the MacJannet Global Citizenship Award for her contribution to education and community-focused initiatives.

Alongside her teaching, she has independently designed and led student engagement projects using activity-based learning approaches, including Logic Fest, Probability Carnival, Marketplace Carnival, and QuantFest. These initiatives were developed to help students understand concepts such as logic, probability, and market structures through practical and interactive learning.

She also secured Internal Research Funding from Foundation University for a Digital Experimental Study. She managed the project independently, from designing and programming the experiment to conducting 32 sessions with 12 participants each and collecting the data. The study explored how religious priming influences cooperation and trust, even in situations of mistrust, giving her hands-on exposure to experimental research methods.

She has also played an active role in organizing international conferences, including the International Conference on Business & Technology (ICBT 2024) and the International Conference on Business Engineering & Social Sciences (ICBESS 2025) in Turkey. Her contributions included preparing official documents, designing promotional materials, drafting acceptance and invitation letters, coordinating with participants, and supporting website content.
