Dr. Iftikhar Hussain is Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management at Foundation University Islamabad, School of Science and Technology. He holds a PhD in HRM and brings over 12 years of experience in academia and the corporate sector.Dr. Hussain’s research interests lie in organizational behavior and leadership, with a particular focus on Negative leadership and its impact on employees and organization. He has published his research in national and international journals. In addition to teaching and research, he actively contributes to academic service as an Associate Editor of the Foundation University Journal of Business and Economics and has played key roles in accreditation, virtual campus development, and academic coordination. He has also presented his research at national and international conferences.
