Sheema Ahmad is associated as a lecturer with the faculty of management sciences at Foundation University Islamabad. She has done her MS (Management Sciences), major in Human Resource Management, securing an academic gold medal. Her academic area of interest and research contributions are in corporate social responsibility, training and development, and organizational behavior. She's been teaching numerous courses from her domain at both undergrad and post-grad levels. For the faculty of management sciences, she also holds the position of student placement officer.
