Dr. Maria Taimoor Khan holds a PhD in Management Sciences with over eight years of academic experience. She has served as the Management and Organizational Behavior Research Cluster Head for four years and Final Year Project Manager for one year. As an active researcher, she has published extensively, worked on funded projects, and collaborated with fellow academics to advance knowledge in her field. A certified trainer from NUST Professional Development Centre (PDC), Dr. Khan brings 8 years of training expertise, having trained over 500 professionals across the health sector, academia, police services, and military. She specializes in leadership, motivation and career coaching, instructional design, and developing research-driven training programs that cater to diverse learning needs. Dr. Khan also contributed to the Jinnah Centre for Character and Leadership (JCCL) at PAF Academy Risalpur, where she trained Flying Instructors, Flight Commanders, Fighter Pilots, and Cadets in areas of Character and Leadership while designing tailored training programs for the Air Force.
