Associate Prof. Dr Imran Bashir Dar (Incharge PDC since May 2025), having 16 years of corporate consultancy, training and research as well as 13 years of university teaching at 15 universities, including 3.5 years to PhD programme, seven (7) years of academic administration and five (5) years of entrepreneurial experience. Interactions and experience of 97+ countries’ scholars through MBA and MPhil from Karlstad University (AACSB Business School) Sweden. Education from 3, exposure of 6, and working experience of 3 countries. PhD in Marketing from International Islamic University Islamabad (4/4 CGPA). Conducted 70+ competency and capacity building intensive trainings sessions including ToT/MoT programmes to public/private organizations. Taught 38 different business administration courses with 14 marketing courses at under and post graduate level. Four international fully sponsored training sessions in 2025 (June-Sep) at Bangkok, Thailand. Registered Instructor at Pearson Education USA & McGraw-Hill USA. Registered Trainer at NAHE and NAVTTC. His PhD research endeavour is based on digital transformation through marketing analytics strategies and metrics with foundation on industry 4.0 focusing on the cement, retail, banking, IT sector of Pakistan. Conducted training and guest speaking sessions and was a jury member at several universities. Major areas of training are Marketing & Sales, Digital Transformation, Management 3600, Advance Supply Chain, Leadership, HRM, and Project Management with focus on Interdisciplinary sense, Industry 4.0, Competency development processes, and UNO SDGs. Dr Dar got 22 research papers, 6 international conferences, 3 book chapters published (Qatar University Press-3rd in the Arab World THE Ranking 2026) with focus on digital transformation, industry 4.0, sustainability, and marketing analytics
