Dr. Junaid Bashir has recently joined Foundation University, Tourism & Hospitality Department, as Assistant Professor. A book, Pedigree, through traditional games of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is published by Lok Virsa, Islamabad and few articles also published in national and international journals. He taught at Hazara University for multiple years and produced M. Phil. in the relevant field. He developed “Pakistan Tourism Development PlanBuddhist Pilgrimage” which is partially implemented by KP and central government. He also has worked for international organizations (American Refugee Committee, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and Mercy Corps). He also owned and managed hospitality businesses in USA for about ten years.
