Arif Iqbal received his M.S. degree in Software Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Taxila, Pakistan, in 2017, and a B.S. degree in Software Engineering from UET Peshawar in 2009. He has over 10 years of industry experience in software development, specializing in web engineering, software architecture, and database-driven applications. He has worked extensively with modern web technologies including PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and RESTful systems.

He has also been involved in teaching and academic support roles at institutions such as UET Taxila and Allama Iqbal Open University. Currently, he is serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Foundation University Islamabad. His focus is on bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical industry applications, and promoting Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to prepare students for professional careers in software engineering.
