Dr. Muhammad Haneef is an accomplished academic and researcher with a PhD in Microelectronics & Solid-State Electronics from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China (2012). He holds an MS in Telecommunication Engineering from UMT Lahore (2005) and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from NED University, Karachi (2000).

With over two decades of professional experience spanning national and international organizations, Dr. Haneef has made significant contributions to both academia and research. His areas of expertise include wireless ad hoc and sensor networks, wireless communications, cognitive radio, signal processing, optimization techniques, time-frequency analysis, and machine learning.

Since 2012, he has been part of Foundation University Islamabad, where he currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He also held the position of Head of Department for nearly seven years. Dr. Haneef is a registered professional engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and has published extensively in renowned international journals and conferences.
